FAQs

What does my pump room need for this to be installed?

This radio socket connects to the e.Dro system. So you will need an e.Dro control box to run the various connected pieces of equipment in relation to each other. The e.Dro standard single-phase filter radio socket only requires a dedicated wall socket halfway up the partition. It must have the capacity to run a 2 kW appliance.

How do I connect my standard single-phase pump to my e.Dro system?

Once your main e.Dro control box has been installed and synchronised with the ACWA Connect application, open the app and tap “Add equipment”. The app will guide you through the entire process.

Can I connect my variable speed pump to my e.Dro system?

The e.Dro system lets you connect and manage a variable speed filter pump but the standard single-phase filter radio socket is not suitable for that type of equipment. If you have a variable speed pump, you must use the correct product, which is the VS filter radio socket or the VS filter radio relay.

The pump in my pump room is a three-phase one. Can I control it with e.Dro?

This radio socket is solely for single-phase use. For three-phase equipment, if you are a pool professional please contact us directly and if you are a homeowner please contact your pool professional.
